My name is
Mike and I'm not a salesperson. I'm a flooring installer. Over
the years of installing carpet, linoleum, tile, hardwood,
etc., I found out what makes a product good, and what
customers need. A good product is easy to install, looks just
as good 10 years later, and is something people tell
their friends about. Because of my installation
experience, dealing with many different products in
a hands on way has given me the insight to choose
only the best for my customers. Once I have
a good product available, it sells itself. I
have also found out that customers like to be
treated the way I like to be treated. They
want to deal with someone that will treat
them like family, giving them the best deal they can,
with individual help all along the way. My focus
is to give customers the best service of their lives. This
is a family company. I have been
in the flooring business over 35 years and have sold
laminate flooring on the internet at for the last
6 years. I have built a reputation of being
down to earth, honest, and willing to go the extra
mile. I love what I do! I only
offer you products that I am already thrilled
with using in my own home. When I
saw the Kwik Dek product, I knew this was something I
would use myself and could proudly present to
our customers.
I
run this company with my daughter, , my office manager,
, and my head installer, Jeremy. We are a big
company in that we have become quite successful over
the years. We maintain a large inventory and
have established relationships with shipping companies
and manufacturers that allow us to keep our prices
low and our service impeccable. However, we still
operate as a small company in many ways. We
directly control all aspects of the operation.
My daughter, Holly, and office manager, answer the
phones, take your orders, and answer questions personally.
We have no unskilled staff. Each person in our
company is highly trained. We have a dedicated
team of family members and friends that service each
customer individually. You'll never have to
go through an automated system where you press
fifteen different numbers in order to talk to a human.
We hate that and know that you do too. Not only
that but we answer the phone 7 days a week from 8am
